观察利多卡因联合声频共振治疗神经性耳鸣的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析神经性耳鸣患者采取利多卡因联合声频共振治疗神经性耳鸣的疗效。方法遴选我院耳鼻喉科2019年10月~2020年10月就诊的138例神经性耳鸣患者为研究主体,应用方便抽样法平均分成2组,组别是参照组、研究组,分别纳入69例。予以参照组利多卡因治疗,予以研究组利多卡因联合声频共振治疗,对比两组疗效与耳鸣程度。结果研究组治疗总有效率显著高于参照组,(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的耳鸣程度评分低于参照组,(P<0.05)。结论神经性耳鸣患者采取利多卡因联合声频共振治疗的效果较为理想,可促进治疗效果提高,同时还可改善耳鸣程度,可在疾病治疗中应用和推广。Objective To analyze the efficacy of lidocaine combined with acoustic resonance in the treatment of neurotic tinnitus.Methods 138 patients with neurotic tinnitus who were treated in the Department of Otolaryngology in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the main body of the study,and they were divided into 2 groups using the convenient sampling method.The groups were the reference group and the study group,and 69 were included respectively.example.Acoustic resonance therapy in the reference group and lidocaine combined with acoustic resonance therapy in the study group were given to compare the curative effect and the degree of tinnitus between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05);the tinnitus degree score of the study group after treatment was lower than that of the reference group (P<0.05).Conclusion Lidocaine combined with acoustic resonance therapy for patients with neurological tinnitus has an ideal effect,which can promote the improvement of the treatment effect and improve the degree of tinnitus at the same time.It can be applied and promoted in the treatment of diseases.
