盐酸左氧氟沙星联合地塞米松治疗急性中耳炎临床疗效观察及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的研究盐酸左氧氟沙星联合地塞米松治疗急性中耳炎临床疗效观察及安全性评价。方法选择我院2016年1月-2021年1月期间收入的3964例中耳炎患者进行研究,符合纳入要求的350例,按照随机数字表法分为两组均175例,对照组采取盐酸左氧氟沙星治疗,研究组在此基础上采取盐酸左氧氟沙星联合地塞米松治疗,观察两组治疗效果、不良反应、听阈水平、疼痛情况。结果两组眩晕、局部瘙痒之间无差异,治疗前两组疼痛评分无差异,P>0.05,研究组治疗总有效率90.29%高于对照组71.43%,研究组不同频率听阈水平高于对照组,治疗后疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论急性中耳炎可采取盐酸左氧氟沙星联合地塞米松治疗,可有效改善患者治疗效果,缓解其疼痛症状,提升听阈水平,不良反应较小,值得应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of levofloxacin hydrochloride combined with dexamethasone in the treatment of acute otitis media.Methods From January 2016-January 2021 income during the period of 3964 patients with otitis media,to meet the requirements of in 350 cases,divided into two groups by the random number table method all 175 cases,control group treated with levofloxacin hydrochloride,the team on the basis of levofloxacin hydrochloride with dexamethasone therapy,observe two groups of treatment effect,adverse reaction and auditory threshold level,Pain.Results There was no difference between the two groups in vertigo and local pruritus,There was no difference in pain score between the two groups before treatment,(P > 0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 90.29% higher than that of the control group (P BBB0 0.05).The level of hearing threshold at different frequencies of the study group was higher than that of the control group,The pain score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance (P < 0.05).Conclusion Levofloxacin hydrochloride combined with dexamethasone can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients with acute otitis media,relieve their pain symptoms,enhance the level of hearing threshold,less adverse reactions,worthy of application.
