综合治疗突发性耳聋合并椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效

摘　　要：目的探究综合治疗对突发性耳聋合并椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法研究对象选取我院2016年6月至2019年6月期间收治入院的突发性耳聋合并椎动脉型颈椎病的患者40例,按随机数字表法分为2组,每组患者20例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予综合治疗:常规治疗联合星状神经节阻滞+颈椎软组织松解术。比较治疗后患者疗效、电测听水平及血流动力学相关指标。结果观察组患者术后疗效显著高于对照组;两组患者治疗后听阈均较治疗前显著降低,且观察组患者降低效果更加明显(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后椎动脉峰流速显著提高,血管阻力指数显著降低(P<0.05)。结论综合治疗对突发性耳聋合并椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效较好,能显著提高患者的听力,改善血液动力学水平。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive treatment on sudden deafness with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.Methods 40 patients with sudden deafness complicated with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given comprehensive treatment:conventional comprehensive treatment combined with stellate ganglion + cervical soft tissue release.The efficacy,electroaudiometry level and hemodynamics-related parameters were compared after treatment.Results The postoperative effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The hearing threshold of the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the reduction effect of the observation group was more obvious.After treatment,the peak velocity of vertebral artery was significantly increased and the vascular resistance index was significantly decreased in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive treatment is effective for sudden deafness with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type,which can significantly improve the hearing of patients and improve the hemodynamic level.
