摘 要:针对贵州织金含稀土磷矿石进行了选矿富磷降镁实验,原矿P_(2)O_(5)品位21.80%,MgO质量分数8.31%,采用一段反浮选流程,可获得精矿P_(2)O_(5)品位33.35%,MgO质量分数为1.36%,P_(2)O_(5)回收率86.53%;考察了选矿产品中稀土元素总量(ΣREE)和重金属元素Pb、Cd的质量分数及走向,并分析精矿中ΣREE、重金属元素Pb与P_(2)O_(5)品位之间的相关性。结果表明:重金属元素Pb和稀土元素在精矿中富集,而重金属元素Cd在尾矿中富集,为后续含稀土磷矿石的分离利用提供了依据。A reverse flotation was carried out of Zhijin phosphate ore bearing rare earths.The P_(2)O_(5) grade and MgO content of raw ore were 21.80%and 8.31%,respectively.By using one-stage reverse flotation,the P_(2)O_(5) grade and MgO content of concentrate were 33.35%and 1.36%respectively,and the recovery of P_(2)O_(5) was 86.53%.The distribution of total rare earth elements content(ΣREE)and heavy metals(Pb and Cd)in the flotation products was investigated,and the correlation betweenΣREE,Pb and P_(2)O_(5) grade was analyzed.The results show that Pb and rare earth elements are enriched in the concentrate,and Cd is enriched in the tailings.This provids a basis for the subsequent separation and utilization of phosphate ore bearing rare earths.
