摘  要:从理论和技术的角度分析了转炉高拉碳操作与铁水磷的高效脱除。提出“双渣法”在转炉冶炼前期高效脱磷,脱磷渣排出,冶炼后期少渣高拉碳操作的操作工艺。在转炉吹炼前期,对铁水进行脱磷预处理,并在“一倒”时尽可能倒出高磷渣,在冶炼后期,采用少渣快速脱碳升温的工艺控制原则,可实现转炉高碳出钢条件下生产低磷钢水的目标。The high-carbon catching operation and efficient removal of phosphorous in moiten iron in BOF steelmaking process are analvzed theoretically and technically.The steelmaking technology of double slag method,which includes efficient dephosphorization in the early stage in BOF steelmaking prcess,dephosphorization slag discharging,and operation of less slag and high-carhon catching at late stage in BOF steelmaking process,is put forward.At the early stage of BOF steelmaking pmocess,the dephosphorization pretreatment of molten iron is carried out,and high phosphorous slag is dumped out as much as possible in the first tuming-down of BOF.At the lale stare in BOF steel-making process,the process control principle of fast decarburizing and heating with less slag was tak-en to acbieve the goal of producing low-phosphorous molten steel in the case of hich-carbon catching.
