摘  要:本文通过实验研究水钢转炉用大面料样品的制备,利用EDTA络合滴定法对水钢转炉用大面料中氧化镁含量定值,采用粉末压片法,在X荧光仪上建立大面料氧化镁的定量分析工作曲线,实现X荧光仪粉末压片法分析大面料中氧化镁含量,填补了水钢炼钢转炉用大面料中氧化镁含量分析方法的空白,为水钢转炉采购用大面料的质量监控和炼钢转炉维修提供及时、可靠的参考数据,保证生产的稳定顺行。The sample preparation for determination of magnesium oxide content in refractory powder used for BOF inner face padding is studied experimentally.The tablet-like sample is pressed with refractory powder.The magnesium oxide content is determined by EDTA(Ethylene Diamine Tetraacetic Acid)complexometric titration method.The work curve for quantitative determination of the magnesium oxide content is established in X-ray fluorescence spectrometer.It is carried out that the magnesium oxide content is determined by X-ray fluorescence spectrometer and powder-taletting method,which fills the blank of determination method of the magnesium oxide content,provides timely and reliable reference data for the quality monitoring of refractory powder purchase and the maintenance of BOF and ensure stable and smooth production.
