摘  要:针对首钢水钢转炉炼钢过程喷溅严重,喷溅造成渣料、金属损失,喷溅炉次渣料损失造成转炉脱磷率不稳定,磷高后吹炉次较多或一次倒炉出钢磷高化废,喷溅粘炉口及炉身、炉下渣多,增加清渣劳动强度,还容易引起环保冒烟或烧坏设备事故;通过优化前期开吹枪位、头批料加入量,促进渣料快速成渣,形成具有一定碱度的炉液低温早脱磷、一定粘度的炉凌抑制炉渣过度发泡产生泡沫渣喷溅损失渣料,起漆后适当低枪位快速脱碳均匀升温,后期化好渣进一步脱磷压枪拉碳,实现了转炉控制喷溅少渣炼钢。There are some problems such as serious spattering in BOF(basic oxygen furnace)steelmaking process in Shuigang,loss of slag and metal due to splattering,low dephosphorization rate due to slag loss caused by spattering,after-blowing required by dephosphorization,unqualified high-phosphorous molten steel arising from fast steelmaking with only one turning-down of BOF,BOF's mouth and outside shell being sticky with spattered material,much spattered slag under BOF,high labor intensity for spattered slag removal,and spattering being easy to cause environmental smoke and equipment burning-out accidents.Therefore,a series of measures,such as optimization of initial lance height and quantity of the first batch of slagging material at the early stage in steelmaking process,fast slagging,formation of slag with a certain alkalinity for early dephosphorization at low temperature,formation of slag with a certain viscosity for suppressing excessive slag-foaming which causes foamingslag spattering to lead slag loss,appropriate low lance-height for fast decarbonization and uniform heating,good molten slag for further dephosphorization,and low lance height for catching carbon at the late stage in the steelmaking process,are taken.The spattering control and less slag steelmaking in BOF are carried out.
