摘　　要：GE PACS RX7i PLC可编程控制器是美国通用电器公司GE系列高性能产品,GL150交流调速系统是两门子新一代数字交流调速系统,它们的有机组合对于高线精轧机升级改造具有高性能、低价格的特点。两个不同厂家新、旧设备之间通过DP/DP COUPLER通讯模块进行数据交换,用于解决生产中的数据交换的问题,从而为实现工厂自动化提供可行的解决方案。The programmable controller called as GE PACS RX7i PLC is a high-performance productin GE series of American General Electric Companv,and the altemating-current speed-regulatior systemn ealled as GL150 is a new digital alternating-current speed-regulation system.The perfect matching of GE PACS BX7i PLC and GL150 makes the upgrading improvement of high-speed fin-ish-rolling mill be charasterized with high performance and low price.GE PACS RX7i PLC and GL.150 exchange data through DP/IDP COUPLER comunication module to solves the problem of data exchange in produetion and provide a feasible solution for realizing industrial automation.
