摘  要:桥式起重机起动电阻器使用寿命长,随着大功率闸晶管的制作工艺提升,桥式起重机普遍采用定于调压调速系统控制方式。在升级控制系统时通常成委更换起动电阻,但是,利用旧的起动电阻进行技术改进可以节约改造成本。通过实践获得成功,可以在今后桥式起重视由串电阻调速升级为定子调压调速时推广应用。The starting resistor in bridge crane has a long service life.With the improvement of manufacturing technology of high-power thyristor,a speed governing system by variable voltage in motor stator is generally used in the control system of a bridge crane.When the control system is upgraded,the old starting resistor is usually replaced in a complete set.However,the old starting resistor can be used again in the upgraded control system so as to save the upgrading cost.The old starting resistor is successfully used in the upgrading practice,which can be popularized and applied in the future when the speed governing system of bridge crane is upgraded from a series resistor to a speed governing system by variable voltage in motor stator.
