摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA护理干预对脑卒中合并吞咽障碍患者病耻感和生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年3月至2020年10月大连市第五人民医院收治的126例脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各63例。对照组接受日常康复训练模式,观察组采用PDCA护理康复训练模式。干预6周后比较两组的吞咽功能、病耻感、生活质量。结果干预前,两组的吞咽功能、病耻感及生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组的吞咽功能及病耻感评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环干预护理在有效改善患者病情、提高患者生命质量有正向作用,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the effectiveness of Plan-Do-Check-Action(PDCA)nursing in patients with stroke with dysphagia.Methods A total of 126 patients with stroke with dysphagia treated in Dalian Fifth People′s Hospital from March 2019 to October 2020 were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,63 cases in each group.The control group was implied daily recovery training model and the observation group was implied PDCA nursing recovery training model.After six weeks,swallowing function,stigma and quality of life were compared between two groups.Results Before the intervention,the situation of swallowing function,stima and quality of life of the observation were no statistically significant between observation group and control group(P>0.05).After intervention,scores of swallowing function,stigma of observation were lower than those of the control group,score of quality of life in observation were higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle nursing had a positive influence on improving condition,enhancing their quality of life and had certain value in the application of clinic.
