陪伴护理模式对住院患者结肠镜检查前肠道清洁度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨陪伴护理模式对住院患者结肠镜检查前肠道清洁度的影响。方法选取2020年9月至12月滨州医学院附属医院收治的200例行肠镜检查的住院患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(100例)及观察组(100例)。对照组采用书面宣教+口头宣教+视频宣教的传统护理模式进行肠道准备指导,观察组采用传统护理模式+陪伴护理模式进行肠道准备指导。使用波士顿肠道准备量表(BBPS)评分比较两组的肠道清洁度,观察两组不良反应及拒绝再检情况。结果观察组的BBPS总评分评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组的肠道准备合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组患者肠道准备的相关不良反应发生情况及拒绝再检情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论住院患者行肠镜检查采用传统护理模式+陪伴护理模式进行肠道准备指导可提高肠道清洁度,改善肠道准备质量,且无严重不良反应。Objective To explore the influence of the accompanying nursing mode before colon examination on the intestinal cleanliness of patients in hospital.Methods From September to December 2020,200 inpatients with intestinal examination in the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group(100 cases)and the observation group(100 cases)by random number table method.The control group was guided by the traditional nursing mode of 3-sid oral education and current frequency education for intestinal preparation,while the observation group was guided by the traditional nursing mode accompanied by the nursing mode for intestinal preparation.The Boston bowel preparation scale(BBPS)score was used to compare the intestinal cleanliness of the two groups,and the adverse reactions and reexamination refusal of the two groups were observed.Results The total BBPS score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The passing rate of intestinal preparation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There were no significant differences in the occurrence of adverse reactions related to intestinal preparation and the rejection of reexamination between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The traditional nursing mode accompanied by nursing mode can improve the cleanliness and quality of intestinal preparation in inpatients before colonoscopy without serious adverse reactions.
