社会资本、生产资本与新型职业农民参与培训意愿研究——基于江西省“一村一名大学生工程”调查数据

摘　　要：新型职业农民是乡村振兴过程中的重要力量,提高新型职业农民培训意愿有利于为乡村振兴提供人才支撑。本文利用江西省1325份“一村一名大学生工程”调查数据,采用probit回归模型分析社会资本与生产资本对新型职业农民参与培训意愿的影响。结果表明:社会资本中的“自身村中影响力”“是否亲戚朋友为村干部”“是否自身当过村干部”“银行贷款难易度”与生产资本中的“家庭人均生活支出”对新型职业农民参与培训意愿有显著正向影响;生产资本中的“家庭从事农业劳动人数”“家庭总收入在村中水平”对新型职业农民参与培训意愿未能通过显著性检验。为此,应该重视社会资本与生产资本的影响,从而提高新型职业农民参与培训意愿。New-type professional farmers plays a key role in the process of rural revitalization.Increasing the willingness of new-type professional farmers to train are helpful to provide more talent for rural revitalization.This paper employes 1,325 survey data of“One Village,One Large”in Jiangxi Province,and via a probit regression model to analyze the influence of social capital and production conditions on the willingness of famers to participate in the“One Village,One University Student Project”training.The results shows:the social capital,which includes“influence in the village”,“whether relatives and friends are village leaders”,“whether they have been village leaders”,“difficulty of bank loans”and“per capita living expenditure of the family”in the production status"which contained in production capital,all above have a significant positive impact on the willingness to participate in the"One Village One University Student Project"training;in the production situation,the"number of households engaged in agricultural labor"and"the total household income in the village"are failed in the significance test.For this reason,It should be pay attention to the influence of social capital and production conditions,which can improve the willingness of famers to train.
