摘　　要：为提高氟尼辛葡甲胺注射液的稳定性和药效,试验制备了氟尼辛葡甲胺注射液,并对其性状、含量、稳定性及临床疗效进行了初步研究。结果表明:氟尼辛葡甲胺注射液为淡黄色均一透明液体,pH值为7.8~9.0,药物含量是标示量的95%~105%,符合制剂含量要求;室温条件下性质稳定,但对强光、高热敏感;建议贮藏时避免强光照和高温;临床解热治疗效果显示该制剂对动物高热具有较好的解热作用。In order to improve the stability and efficacy of Flunixin meglumine injection,Flunixin meglumine injection was prepared,and its properties,content,stability and clinical efficacy were studied in this experiment.The results showed that Flunixin meglumine injection was a light yellow homogeneous transparent liquid with pH value of 7.8~9.0;the drug content was between 95%and 105%of the labeled amount,which met the content requirements of pharmaceutical preparations.The Flunixin meglumine injection was stable at room temperature,but sensitive to strong light and high heat;it was recommended to avoid strong light and high temperature during storage.The clinical therapeutic effect showed that the Flunixin meglumine injection had a good antipyretic effect on animal hyperthermia.
