摘  要:以云南省国家地下水监测工程的监测站点建设(云南省Ⅰ标段)为例,针对第四系松散层地层特殊性和其成井的复杂多变性等特点,对第四系松散层监测井各成井工艺进行总结研究,结果认为:第四系地下水监测井的成井主要工艺内容为钻探施工、井管下置、填砾、止水和固井。各个环节工序复杂,工艺要求严格,环环相扣,某一环节出现问题将直接影响成井效果与质量。施工前需要根据监测井的类型、深度和场地地质条件,合理利用各工艺优点。从成井效果看,在钻探施工环节采用“小径取芯、大径成井”的方法,可以保证后续填砾、止水等工序施工质量,避免成井后一经抽水,造成孔内涌砂与沉淀物超标现象,从而降低了监测井的使用效率,增加了后期运行维修成本。在本次成井施工过程中,成井工艺从简单到复杂,质量逐渐提高,个别孔在重复施工后,经优化工艺,最终的施工质量和成井效果均得到明显提升。通过掌握科学合理的成井施工工艺,可提高国家地下水监测井成井的施工效率与工程质量,为后续监测井运行维护及地下水监测起到关键作用。Taking the monitoring station construction of the National Groundwater Monitoring Project in Yunnan Province(Yunnan Province Section I)as an example,in view of the characteristics of the stratum of the quaternary loose formations and the complex and variability of its well formation,the monitoring wells of the quaternary loose formations were completed.The process is summarized and studied,and the result is that the main process content of the completion of the quaternary groundw⁃ater monitoring well is drilling construction,well pipe placement,gravel filling,water stopping and cementing.The proce⁃dures of each link are complicated,the process requirements are strict,and they are interlocked.A problem in a certain link will directly affect the effect and quality of the well.Before construction,it is necessary to rationally utilize the advantages of each process according to the type,depth and geological conditions of the monitoring well.From the perspective of well com⁃pletion effect,the method of“small diameter core and large diameter well”is adopted in the drilling and construction process,which can ensure the construction quality of subsequent gravel filling and water stop processes,and avoid pumping water after completion of the well,resulting in excessive sand and sediment in the hole.Phenomenon,thereby reducing the efficiency of monitoring wells and increasing the cost of later operation and maintenance.During the completion of the well construction process,the quality of the well completion process has gradually improved from simple to complex.After repeated construction of individual holes,the final construction quality and well completion effect have been significantly improved by optimizing the process.By mastering scientific and reasonable well construction technology,the construction efficiency and engineering quali⁃ty of national groundwater monitoring wells can be improved,and it will play a key role in the operation and maintenance of subsequent monitoring wells and groundwater monitori
