台风“烟花”期间江苏省水雨情特点及水文测报应对措施分析

摘　　要：详细介绍了台风期间江苏省水雨情特点,并结合实际工作,从测报工作前置、断面加密布设、新仪器比测率定、预报分析及成果编报等5个方面,对台风来临前、中、后期的水文测报存在的主要问题及应对措施进行阐述分析,为后续抗击强台风的水文测报工作提供借鉴。The characteristics of water and rainfall in Jiangsu Province during typhoon were introduced in detail.Combined with practical work,the main problems and countermeasures of hydrological forecasting before,during and after typhoon are expounded and analyzed from five aspects of pre-forecasting,section encryption layout,new instrument calibration,forecasting analysis and results compilation,so as to provide reference for subsequent hydrological forecasting work against strong typhoon.
