企业全业务虚拟共享与智慧运营模式——基于国网蒙东电力公司的创新实践

摘　　要：近几年,国网蒙东电力积极引进新兴数字化技术,搭建智慧共享财务管理平台,逐步实现费用、采购、商旅、营销、税务、核算等业务区域分布式虚拟共享,大幅提升了报账效率和员工体验,实现了标准、流程、制度三个统一和规则的透明,实现了经营数据自动汇聚,企业数字化智慧运营成效显著。本文对国网蒙东电力智慧共享财务管理体系框架和构架路径进行了介绍,并对体系推进中的创新举措进行了详细阐述,以期为其他企业智慧运营体系建设提供借鉴和启发。In recent years,State Grid Mengdong Electric Power has actively introduced emerging digital technologies,built an intelligent shared financial management platform,gradually achieved distributed virtual sharing of business areas such as expenses,procurement,business travel,marketing,taxation and accounting,greatly improved the reimbursement efficiency and employee experience,the unification of standards,processes and systems,the automatic aggregation of business data,and the digital intelligent operation.This paper introduces the framework and path of smart sharing financial management system of Mengdong Electric Power,and introduces in detail the innovative measures of the system to provide reference and inspiration for the construction of smart operation system of other enterprises.
