摘 要:利用机械力化学法合成ZnAl-LDH、CuAl-LDH和CaAl-LDH3种水滑石,利用水滑石可吸附磷酸盐的性质,将其作为生物填料应用于SBR(sequencing batch reactor activated sludge process)法,处理高磷废水。考察了3种水滑石在SBR反应器中的挂膜效率与COD_(Cr)、NH_(4)^(+)-N、PO_(4)^(3-)去除效率,以常用的生物陶粒作为对照组。结果表明,4~13d ZnAl-LDH、CuAl-LDH组反应器24h磷酸盐去除率达到99.4%以上,出水浓度低于0.05mg/L,ZnAl-LDH能快速挂膜,而CaAl-LDH组反应器4~14d24h磷酸盐平均去除率为61.8%,低于对照组反应器的75.1%。研究表明ZnAl-LDH作为生物填料能够快速挂膜,同时能协同SBR反应器处理高磷废水。Three kinds of layered double hydroxides(LDHs)of ZnAl-LDH,CuAl-LDH,and CaAl-LDH were synthesized by mechanochemical method.These LDHs were applied to SBR(sequencing batch reactor activated sludge process)to treat wastewater with high concentration of phosphate as biocarriers due to their adsorption capacity of phosphate.The formation biofilm on LDHs and performance of COD_(Cr),NH_(4)^(+)-N,and PO_(4)^(3-)removal by LDH-SBR were investigated.Bioceramsite-SBR was set as control reactor.The experimental results show that the phosphate removal rate of ZnAl-LDH and CuAl-LDH bioreactors are above 99.4%at 24h for 4~13days,the effluent concentration is less than 0.05mg/L,and the ZnAl-LDH is better for biofilm formation.In CaAl-LDH bioreactor,phosphate average removal rate is only 61.8%at 24hfor 4~14days,lower than 75.1%of the control reactor.It is indicated that ZnAl-LDH could form biofilm rapidly and synergistically treat high phosphate wastewater with SBR reactors.
