摘 要:采用武汉某钢铁集团的高熔炉渣为主要原料,通过熔融法制备出高炉熔渣微晶玻璃。结果表明,高炉熔渣掺入量的增加能够有效地降低玻璃的析晶温度。高炉渣微晶玻璃中析出的晶相有辉石相和黄长石相。当高炉渣的掺入量小于质量分数70%时,主晶相为辉石相,次晶相为黄长石相。当高炉渣的掺入量大于质量分数70%时,主晶相为黄长石相,次晶相为辉石相。随着高炉渣掺入量的提高,微晶玻璃的密度、硬度、抗折强度都随之提高。高炉渣掺入量为质量分数74%时,微晶玻璃的体积密度为2.893g/cm^(3),硬度为1076HV,抗折强度为75MPa。Glass ceramics were prepared by melting method,using blast-furnace slag from an iron and steel industry of Wuhan.The results indicate that the glass ceramics can be directly obtained by the modified blast-furnace slag after forming,annealing and heat treatment.With increasing modified blast-furnace slag,the crystallization temperature would be gradually reduced and the mechanical properties would be enhanced.The main crystal phase of the glass ceramics are diopside ferrian and akermanite.When the content of blast furnace slag is less than 70%,the main crystal phase is diopside ferrian and the secondary crystal phase is akermanite.When the content of blast furnace slag is more than 70%,the main crystal phase is akermanite and the secondary crystal phase is diopside ferrian.With the increase of blast furnace slag content,the density,hardness and flexural strength of glass ceramics increase.When the blast furnace slag content is 74%,the bulk density of glass ceramics is 2.893 g/cm^(3),the hardness is 1076 HV,and the flexural strength is 75 MPa.
