Associative Effects of Paulownia Flower,Alfalfa and Concentrate on Diets Evaluated by in vitro Method

摘  要:该研究旨在探讨各精粗比下泡桐花与苜蓿、精料间不同配比对饲粮组合效应(associative effects,AE)的影响,将泡桐花开发为反刍动物新型饲料。28个饲粮组合分别被加到120 mL的单个培养管中,加入30 mL微生物培养液,在培养0、2、4、6、9、12、24、36、48、72 h时记录产气量(gas production,GP),并应用一个指数方程计算出各产气参数,通过各组合的72 h实测产气量和加权估算值计算出GP的AE值。72 h培养结束,收集上清液及残渣用以测定pH、挥发性脂肪酸(volatile fatty acids,VFA)、氨态氮(NH 3-N)、干物质降解率(dry matter digestibility,DMD)和有机物降解率(Organic matter digestibility,OMD),并计算出各组合各指标的单项AE指数(Single factor AE indexes,SFAEI)和综合AE指数(Multiple-factor AE index,MFAEI)。结果表明:40∶60∶0、20∶80∶0、60∶10∶30、50∶20∶30、50∶10∶40、40∶30∶30、40∶20∶40、30∶55∶15、30∶40∶30、20∶65∶15组的a、b、GP 72 h、DMD、OMD、NH 3-N,以及后5者的的SFAEI显著或极显著高于同精粗比下的其他组(P<0.05或P<0.01),其中,以30∶55∶15组AE最优。30∶55∶15、40∶30∶30、50∶20∶30、20∶65∶15、60∶10∶30、40∶60∶0组的SFMEI和MFAEI最大。因此,当精料∶泡桐花∶苜蓿为30∶55∶15、40∶30∶30、50∶20∶30、20∶65∶15、60∶10∶30、40∶60∶0时,组合效果最佳。This study aimed to determine the associative effects(AE)of 28 feed combinations of concentrate∶Paulownia flower∶alfalfa under different concentrate-roughage ratio and to develop Paulownia flower as a new feed for ruminants.28 feed combinations were incubated in single tubes(120 mL)which were added 30 mL rumen buffered fluid.The GP at 0,2,4,6,9,12,24,36,48,72 h was recorded.A single exponential equation was applied to calculate the GP parameters.The AE were calculated by 72 h GP and weighted estimation value of each combination.After 72 h incubation,the incubation fluid and residues were used to determine pH,volatile fatty acids(VFA)and ammonia nitrogen(NH 3-N),dry matter digestibility(DMD),organic matter digestibility(OMD).The single-factor AE index(SFAEI)and multiple-factor AE index(MFAEI)were computed.The results show that groups 40∶60∶0,20∶80∶0,60∶10∶30,50∶20∶30,50∶10∶40,40∶30∶30,40∶20∶40,30∶55∶15,30∶40∶30,20∶65∶15 had higher a,b,GP 72 h,DMD,OMD,NH 3-N,in addition,the SFAEI of the latter five groups were significantly or extremely higher than other groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01),among which groups 30∶55∶15 was optimal.The SFMEI and MFAEI of groups 30∶55∶15,40∶30∶30,50∶20∶30,20∶65∶15,60∶10∶30,40∶60∶0 were the greatest.It is concluded that the greatest associative effect is achieved when concentrate∶Paulownia flower∶alfalfa ratio is 30∶55∶15,40∶30∶30,50∶20∶30,20∶65∶15,60∶10∶30,40∶60∶0.
