摘 要:“三学期制”是将传统的两个长学期适当缩短,并在夏季增设第三个短学期,第三个学期通常为教学、实习或特色培养环节。三学期制能够盘活教学资源,有利于提高学生学习效率,有利于学生开展自主实践和教师开展教学研究,使高校培养出更适应社会经济发展的人才。同时,“三学期制”改革不是一蹴而就的,教育管理者要充分调研和制定详实计划,注意在学期制变化中出现的问题,教师要按照新的教学计划开展教学,充分发挥“三学期制”的优势,才能达到进一步提高人才培养目的。The“three-semester system”is to shorten the traditional two-semester appropriately and append a relatively short semester in summer.The third semester is usually set for teaching,practice or special training.The three-semester system can revitalize teaching resources and improve students'learning efficiency,which is available for students to carry out independent practice,for teachers to carry out teaching research,and for universities to train talents oriented to social and economic development.However,the system is not built overnight.Education managers should conduct plenty of researches,then formulate detailed plans,and focus on the problems in the shift.Teachers should carry out teaching according to the new teaching plan and give full play to the advantages of the“three-semester system”so as to further achieve the purpose of personnel training.
