两种百合根尖染色体G-带的研究

摘  要:以野百合(Lilium brownii)与淡黄花百合(Lilium sulphureum)的根尖为材料,采用ASG染色法和G显带技术对其根尖染色体进行研究.结果表明,野百合根尖染色体的G带核型公式为2n=24=2sm+2m+5st+3t,带纹着色深且粗,多分布在长臂上,带纹总数为24条,为3A型.淡黄花百合的G带核型公式为2n=24=6sm+3m+3st,带纹多、浅且分布在长臂上,总数为36条,为3A型.野百合与淡黄花百合的亲缘关系较远.In this study,root tips were selected from the Lilium brownii and L.sulphureum,and their chromosomes were studied with ASG staining and G banding technology.The results showed that the G band karyotype formula of the root tip chromosome of L.brownii was 2n=24=2sm+2m+5ST+3t,with deep and coarse bands,mostly distributed on the long arm,and the total number of bands was 24,which was type 3A.The G band karyotype formula of L.sulphureum is 2n=24=6sm+3m+3st.The bands are many,shallow and distributed on the long arm.The total number of bands is 36,which is type 3A.The relationship between L.brownii and L.sulphureum is far.
