摘 要:基于某危废处置中心高盐废水三效蒸发处理调试期的运行数据,分析研究了原料组分数据、二效物料循环及转料、三效分离器压力、分离器操作液位、出盐时间与出盐量等关键参数对系统稳定运行的影响,总结出危废焚烧高盐废水三效蒸发工艺关键技术要点:当含盐量高于8%时,加热器均建议选择强制循环型;应分别设置单独的二效转料泵与二效循环泵;进水COD_(Cr)高于1500 mg/L且水质波动较大的情况下,母液不宜回流系统;宜设置压力调节阀,控制三效分离器压力稳定在12.3 kPa(绝对压力)。Based on the operating data during the tri-effect evaporation treatment commissioning period of high-salt wastewater in a hazardous waste disposal center,the impacts of key parameters on the stable operation of the system such as the raw material component data,the secondary effect material circulation and transfer,the tri-effect separator pressure,operating liquid levels of the separators,the salt extraction time and the salt extraction amount were analyzed and studied.The key technical points of tri-effect evaporation process of high-salt wastewater during hazardous waste incineration were summarized.When the salt content was higher than 8%,the heater was recommended to choose forced circulation type.The transfer pump of the second effect and the circulating pump of the second effect should be set respectively.When the influent COD_(Cr) was higher than 1500 mg/L and the water quality fluctuated greatly,the mother liquor should not be returned to the system.And it was advisable to set a pressure regulating valve to control the tri-effect separator pressure stable at 12.3 kPa(absolute pressure).
