摘  要:利用污泥热解生成生物炭进行土地修复的技术,不仅能减轻污泥处理处置的负担同时也可以充分利用污泥中的养分。在污泥热解过程中,钙基添加剂的加入能定向调控污泥热解过程中磷元素形态转化,从而提高污泥生物炭回收利用效率。将钙基改性污泥生物炭作为土壤改良剂加入到土壤中,较为系统地研究了污泥生物炭对土壤理化性质以及玉米生长的影响。研究结果表明,原始污泥生物炭中磷元素大部分以Al-P形态存在,而钙基改性污泥生物炭中磷元素主要以正磷酸盐和羟基磷酸钙的形态存在。经过盆栽实验后,CaO和Ca(OH)_(2)改性污泥生物炭组土壤中有效磷的浓度有明显增加(P<0.05),而碱解氮、速效钾和镁元素的浓度变化并不明显(P>0.05)。其次,改性污泥生物炭对玉米植株的叶绿素浓度有着明显的提高作用(P<0.05)。钙基添加剂的加入会促进可植物利用的钙磷(羟基磷酸钙)生成,同时改性污泥生物炭作为土壤改良剂能改善土壤理化性质以及促进植物生长。The technology of land remediation using pyrochar derived from sludge pyrolysis could not only alleviate the pressure of sludge treatment and disposal,but also make full use of the nutrients of the sludge.The addition of calciumbased additives would directionally regulate the transformation of phosphorus during sludge pyrolysis,thereby improving the efficiency of pyrochar reused.Calcium-based modified sludge pyrochar was introduced into the soil as a soil amendment,and the effect of sludge pyrochar on soil physicochemical properties and corn growth was systematically studied.The results indicated that the phosphorus in the pristine sludge pyrochar was in the form of Al-P,while the phosphorus in the calciumbased modified sludge pyrochar was mainly in the form of orthophosphate and hydroxylapatite.After the pot experiment,the content of available phosphorus in the modified sludge pyrochar groups increased significantly(P<0.05),but the content of alkaline hydrolyzed nitrogen,available potassium and magnesium did not change obviously(P>0.05)。In addition,the modified sludge pyrochar showed a significant effect on increasing the chlorophyll content of corn plants(P<0.05)。The addition of calcium-based additives could promote the formation of Ca-P(hydroxylapatite),which was a desirable phosphorus species for plant growth.And as a soil amendment,modified sludge pyrochar could improve the physicochemical properties of the soil and promote plant growth.
