摘　　要：病死动物无害化处理是有效防控动物疫病、确保动物产品质量安全的重要环节。以上海崇明动物无害化处理厂为例,系统介绍了主要工艺设计、总图布局、卫生防疫等关键要点,对其工程特点进行总结。本项目处理量20 t/d,主体工艺是回转窑与二燃室焚烧系统,采用“植物液洗涤法+活性炭吸附法+离子氧法”的组合除臭工艺,烟气排放达到国家与地方污染物排放标准,车辆清洗消毒和人员更衣消毒操作过程可以确保彻底杀灭病菌。The harmless treatment of dead animals is an important link to effectively prevent and control animal diseases and ensure the quality of animal products safety.The Shanghai Chongming animal harmless treatment plant was taken as an example,the key points such as the main process design,general layout,health and epidemic prevention were introduced systematically,and the engineering characteristics was summarized.The treatment capacity of the project was 20 t/d,and the main process was rotary kiln and secondary combustion chamber incineration system.The combined deodorization process of plant liquid washing method+activated carbon adsorption method+ionic oxygen method was adopted.And the flue gas emission met the national and local pollutant emission standards.The operation process of vehicle cleaning and disinfection and personnel dressing disinfection could ensure the thorough killing of bacteria.
