摘 要:目的对沈阳医学院附属中心医院手外科患者伤口及脓液标本中的143株金黄色葡萄球菌抗菌药物的耐药性进行分析,为临床选择合理抗菌药物提供依据。方法对来源沈阳医学院附属中心医院2020年手外科患者伤口及脓液标本的143株金黄色葡萄球菌应用Whonet 5.6软件进行药敏结果分析。结果2020年手外科共分离伤口及脓液来源细菌811株,其中位居第一位的细菌为金黄色葡萄球143株(17.6%),其中耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的检出率为12.6%,未发现对替加环素、利奈唑胺、万古霉素和替考拉宁耐药的葡萄球菌。结论手外科患者伤口及脓肿感染创面病原菌金黄色葡萄球菌检出率较高,是手外科最主要的致病菌之一。MRSA的检出率和金黄色葡萄球菌对抗菌药物的耐药率目前低于全国多家医院,说明手外科在控制和限制使用抗生素方面做的较好,要继续加强抗菌药物管理,控制高级别抗生素的使用。Objective To analyze the antimicrobial resistance of 143 Staphylococcus aureus isolated from wound and pus specimens in Shenyang Medical College affiliated hospital hand surgery department so as to provide guidance for reasonable use of antibiotics.Methods Antimicrobial resistance from 143 Staphylococcus aureus isolated from wound and pus specimens from hand surgery department in 2020 were analyzed,according to Whonet 5.6 software.Results A total of 811 bacterial strains from wound and pus were isolated at hand surgery department in 2020,the top 1 bacteria was Staphylococcus aureus143(17.6%),MRSA12.6%.No resistance to tiaecycline,linezolid,vancomycin and For Kauranen.Conclusion Staphylococcus aureus is one of the mjor bacteria in our hand department.Antimicrobial resistance rate and the rate of MRSA is lowerer than many hospitals.Antimicrobial resistance test should be surveilled regularly.
