摘 要:FSC赛车悬架导向机构中碳纤维和铝合金的粘接工艺是研究重点。试验中通过自主研发两套夹具保证了碳纤维管和铝合金接头同心度以及碳纤维管在赛车上的安装精度要求,利用粘接件的拉伸试验数据确定碳纤维与铝制接头粘接强度。通过不同的胶层粘接厚度的破坏性力学实验,证明利用美国3M公司的DP460环氧胶可以使碳纤维和铝合金的粘接强度达30 kN以上,完全满足赛车碳纤维悬架30 kN抗拉强度的要求。The bonding process of carbon fiber and aluminum alloy in FSC racing car suspension guide mechanism is the research focus.In this test,through independent research and development of two sets of fixtures,the concentricity of carbon fiber tube and aluminum alloy joint and the installation accuracy requirements of carbon fiber tube on racing car are ensured.The bonding strength of carbon fiber and aluminum alloy joint is determined by using the tensile test data of bonding parts.Through the destructive mechanical experiments of different adhesive thickness,it is proved that the bonding strength of carbon fiber and aluminum alloy can reach above 30 kN by using DP460 epoxy adhesive of 3M company,which fully meets the requirements of 30 kN tensile strength of carbon fiber suspension of racing car.
