摘　　要：高水平的配件库存管理是汽车维保企业保持竞争力的重要手段。文章选取兔师傅汽车保养连锁店进行研究,发现门店的库存管理在盘点、成本和采购方面存在问题。采用ABC分类法对该门店的汽车配件进行分类,提出了相应的管理方法。根据门店配件实际使用情况,采取指数平滑法对A类典型汽车配件的库存进行需求预测分析。预测结果比传统的经验预测更合理,经过测算可以降低部分库存成本,增强企业竞争力。High-level auto spare parts inventory management was an important means to maintain competitiveness for auto maintenance companies.This paper has studied the Master Too motor vehicle maintenance chain store,and founded that there were problems with store inventory management in stock-taking,cost and procurement.The ABC classification method was used to classify auto spare parts in the store,and the corresponding management methods were put forward.According to the actual usage of auto spare parts in stores,the exponential smoothing method was used to forecast the inventory demands for the typical auto spare par of class A.The results were more reasonable than the traditional experience forecast method,the part of inventory costs could be reduced after calculations,and this corporate competitiveness would be enhanced.
