大型Cr12MoV钢锻件的锻造工艺分析

摘　　要：Cr12MoV钢是我国最常用的冷作模具钢之一,针对其大型锻件的锻造特点及锻造工艺的复杂性,本文通过锻打实例,研究分析了Cr12MoV钢大型锻件的锻造工艺,总结出了Cr12MoV钢大型锻件的锻造要点,并得出结论:只要严格遵守本文所述的锻造要点,锻件的成品率可以超过80%。Cr12 MoV steel is one of the most commonly used cold work die steels in China.According to the forging characteristics of large-size forgings and the complexity of forging process,this paper studies and analyzes the forging process of Cr12 MoV steel large-size forgings through forging examples,summarizes the forging key points of Cr12 MoV steel large-size forgings.It is concluded that as long as the forging key points described in this paper are strictly observed,the yield of forgings can exceed 80%.
