摘　　要：介绍了人头发稳定同位素分析的基本概念和原理、饮食和饮水中稳定同位素组成特征及其与人头发中稳定同位素组成的关系,综述了人头发稳定同位素分析技术在营养学、考古学和法庭科学等领域中的应用,探讨了目前国内外相关研究的研究进展和存在的不足,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望(引用文献73篇)。The basic concept and principle of stable isotope analysis of human hair,the characteristics of stable isotope composition in diet and drinking water and their relationship with the stable isotope composition of human hair were introduced,and the application of stable isotope analysis techniques of human hair in fields of nutrition,archaeology and forensic science was reviewed.Research progress and existing shortcomings were discussed on related domestic and foreign researches,and the future research direction was prospected(73 ref.cited).
