摘　　要：[目的]探讨胶乳免疫比浊法测肌酸激酶同工酶(CKMBmass)/总肌酸激酶(CK)比值在缺血性心血管疾病中的应用价值。[方法]选取笔者单位360例缺血性心血管疾病患者作为研究组,同期纳入60例健康体检者作为对照组。分析血清总CK、CKMBmass/总CK比值对缺血性心血管疾病诊断价值及其与预后关系。[结果]研究组血清总CK(250.49±43.82) U/L、CKMBmass/总CK比值(4.93±3.20)%、免疫抑制法CKMB/总CK比值(4.13±1.23)%高于对照组(197.71±32.11) U/L、(2.79±0.84)%、(2.90±0.87)%(P <0.05);CKMBmass/总CK比值诊断心血管疾病的AUC值0.808最大;年龄、性别、血清CKMBmass/总CK比值等是缺血性心血管疾病患者死亡的影响因素(P <0.05)。[结论]不同类型心血管疾病患者血清CKMBmass/总CK比值不同,是此类患者死亡的危险因素。[Objective] To explore the application value of latex immunoturbidimetric method to measure the ratio of creatine kinase isoenzyme( CKMBmass)/total creatine kinase( CK) in ischemic cardiovascular diseases. [Method]360 patients with ischemic cardiovascular disease in our hospital were selected as the research group,and 60 healthy subjects were included as the control group during the same period. The diagnostic value of serum total CK,CKMBmass/total CK ratio for ischemic cardiovascular disease its relationship with prognosis were analyzed.[Result]Serum total CK( 250. 49 ± 43. 82) U/L,CKMBmass/total CK ratio( 4. 93 ± 3. 20) %,immunosuppressive CKMB/total CK ratio( 4. 13 ± 1. 23) % in the study group were higher than those in the control group( 197. 71 ± 32. 11) U/L,( 2. 79 ± 0. 84) %,( 2. 90 ± 0. 87) %( P < 0. 05);the AUC value of the CKMBmass/total CK ratio for the diagnosis of cardiovascular disease is 0. 808 the largest;age,gender,serum CKMBmass/total CK ratio,etc. are missing Influencing factors of death in patients with bloody cardiovascular disease( P < 0. 05).[Conclusion]The ratio of serum CKMBmass/total CK in patients with different types of cardiovascular diseases is different,which is a risk factor for death in such patients.
