摘 要:随着我国对空间目标探测能力的需求日益提高,相控阵雷达需要向大口径、多设备、高精度方向发展,对雷达设备运输、现场架设、精度控制、性能调试等带来了诸多挑战。针对大型相控阵雷达天线阵面设备量大、结构复杂等特点,系统阐述了阵面基本模块的结构设计思路。通过天线阵面模块化设计缩短了产品的研发周期,降低了生产成本,提升了产品性能。As our country's demand for space target detection capabilities is increasing,phased array radars need to develop in the direction of large aperture,multiple equipment,and high precision,which brings many challenges to radar equipment transportation,onsite mounting,precision control,and performance debugging.In view of the characteristics of the antenna array of large-scale phased array radars such as a large amount of equipment and complex structure,the structural design ideas of basic modules of the antenna array are elaborated systematically.The modular design of the antenna array shortens the product development cycle,reduces the production cost,and improves product performance.
