摘 要:目的分析营养管理知识体验式授予法在MHD(维持性血液透析)中的应用效果。方法选取2018年9月至2020年9月MHD患者80例,以单盲随机抽样法分组,每组40例,参照组采纳传统护理干预,试验组在参照组基础上采纳营养管理知识体验式授予法干预,对比2组营养指标、WHOQOL-BREF评分、不良反应发生率。结果试验组干预后血红蛋白、总白蛋白、前白蛋白水平、WHOQOL-BREF评分均高于参照组(P<0.05),试验组不良反应发生率(5.00%)低于参照组(25.00%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论营养管理知识体验式授予法可有效改善MHD患者营养状况,提高生活质量,减少透析不良反应,值得借鉴。Objective To investigate the the application effects of experiential nutrition management knowledge grant mode in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods A total of 80 patients with MHD who were treated in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by traditional nursing intervention,however,the patients in experimental group,on the basis of control group,were treated by experiential nutrition management knowledge grant mode intervention.The nutrition indexes,WHOQOL BREF score,incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the levels of hemoglobin,total albumin,pre-albumin and WHOQOL-BREF scores in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group(5.00%vs 25.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion The experiential nutrition management knowledge grant method can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients with MHD,improve the life quality,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions due to dialysis,thus,it is worthy of application in clinical practice.
