摘  要:测井地面采集面板中大量使用单板机进行采集和控制。当单板机电池电能耗尽时,保存系统参数的存储器CMOS(Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor)的内容会丢失。开机过程中CMOS内容会被单板机基本输入输出系统(Basic Input Output System,BIOS)中的系统设置程序加载成出厂默认值,用户在COMS中设置的显示器类型、中断、直接存储器存取(Direct Memory Access,DMA)等参数会发生变化,造成测井地面采集面板无法正常工作。通过修改BIOS配置参数,将系统默认值修改成测井地面采集面板需要的配置参数。当后备电池电能耗尽、重启系统时,BIOS自动将修改后的系统默认值加载到CMOS存储器,CMOS中的内容就是用户需要的配置参数,测井地面采集面板仍能正常工作。实践证明,该方法可以永久解决因单板机钮扣电池电能耗尽后测井地面采集面板不能正常工作的问题。Single board computers are widely used in logging surface acquisition panel for acquisition and control.When the battery power of the single board computer is exhausted,the contents of the complementary metal oxide semiconductor(CMOS)will be lost.During startup,CMOS will be loaded with factory defaults,user parameters such as monitor type,interrupt and direct memory access(DMA)will be changed accordingly and results in system malfunction.By modifying BIOS configuration parameters,the system defaults are modified to the configuration parameters required by logging surface acquisition panel.When the backup battery is out of power and the system is restarted,the BIOS will automatically load defaults that have been modified into the CMOS memory,the content of CMOS is the setting parameters required by the user,and the logging surface acquisition panel still works normally.The practice shows that this method can permanently solve the problem that the logging surface acquisition panel can’t work properly when the battery power of single board computer is exhausted.
