摘  要:随着中国各地区对油气勘探开发力度的加大,大多数井采用5 in*套管进行固井,但常规固井质量测井仪的测量范围为5.5~7.0 in,在5 in套管井中无法下井。因此,需要研制适应4.5~5.5 in的小直径固井质量评价测井仪,解决小井眼套管固井评价的问题。通过对小直径水泥密度测井仪建立Monte Carlo模型进行仿真研究,分析长、短源距探测器计数率随钻井液密度、套管壁厚度以及水泥环密度变化的规律,选择最佳的长、短源距,应用于小直径水泥密度测井仪上。研制的小直径水泥密度测井仪能够精细评价固井质量,应用效果良好。填补了小尺寸套管无法应用扇区水泥胶结/水泥密度固井质量测井的技术空白。With the increase of oil and gas exploration and development in various regions in China,most of wells are cemented with 5 in casing,but the measurement range of the conventional cementing quality logging tool is 5.5~7.0 in,and it is impossible to run in 5 in casing wells.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a small-diameter cementing quality evaluation logging tool suitable for 4.5~5.5 in to solve the problem of cementing evaluation of slim hole casing.In this paper,the Monte Carlo model of small-diameter cement density logging tool is derived for simulation research.The variation laws of long and short source distance detector count rate with liquid density,casing wall thickness and cement density are analyzed,and the best long and short source distance is selected and applied to small-diameter cement density logging tool.The developed small diameter cement density logging tool can accurately evaluate the cementing quality,and the application effect is good.It fills the technical gap that RCB/RCD cannot be applied to small-size casing.
