中国农村流动人口回流意愿的影响因素与代际差异

摘　　要：文章将农村流动人口回流意愿研究置于代际差异视角下,以2017年流动人口动态监测数据(CMDS)为数据源,使用SPSS 26.0统计工具探讨分析中国439个地区中农村流动人口的回流意愿问题,考查影响中国农村流动人口回流意愿的主要因素,并对比分析四类因素对两代农村流动人口的影响。由研究结果可知:(1)农村流动人口的回流意愿存在代际差异。整体而言,第一代农村流动人口与新生代农村流动人口相比,前者的回流意愿更强。(2)农村流动人口的回流意愿受个体因素、家庭因素、流动因素和社会融入因素影响。其中,本次流动范围、累计流动城市数、社区管理参与、主观融入、文化适应会显著影响新生代农村流动人口的回流意愿,而是否具有宅基地、职业类型、随迁家庭成员数、现住房性质和流动时长则对第一代农村流动人口的回流意愿影响更大。Based on data of the China Migrant Population Dynamic Survey(CMDS)2017,this paper uses the statistical tool SPSS 26.0 to analyze the rural floating population's backflow intention in 439 regions of China,investigate the main Influencing factors,and comparatively analyze the impact of four types of factors on the two generations of rural floating population.The results are as follows:(1)There are intergenerational differences in the backflow intention in rural floating population.On the whole,the first generation of rural floating population is more willing to return than the new generation of rural floating population.(2)The backflow intention of rural floating population is influenced by individual factors,family factors,flow factors and social integration factors.Among all the factors,the flow range,the cumulative number of cities,community management participation,subjective integration,and cultural adaptation will significantly affect the backflow intention of the new generation of rural migrants,and have a homestead or not,occupation type,migrating with the number of family members,housing condition and years of migration will significantly affect the backflow intention of the first generation of rural migrants.
