摘 要:[目的]探索适宜番茄灰叶斑病人工接种技术体系,并对抗病种质资源进行筛选。[方法]以番茄材料LN89为抗病材料,番茄材料LN163为感病材料,对不同接种方法、接种苗龄、接种孢子浓度、保湿时间进行系统研究。[结果]喷雾接种法是人工接种最适宜的方法,6~8叶期为植株适宜的接种时期,孢子浓度和保湿时间分别为5×10^(4)个/m L,48 h或7×10^(4)个/m L,24 h,并在抗病性鉴定中筛选出3个抗病主栽品种和5个中抗品种。[结论]该研究可为番茄灰叶斑病抗病育种工作的深入开展提供理论依据。[Objective] The aim was to construct a artificial inoculation system of grey leaf spot on tomato,and screen resistant sources of tomato. [Method] Tomato material LN89 was used as the disease-resistant material,and tomato material LN163 was used as the sensitive material. A systematic study about inoculation method,seedling age,inoculation concentration and moisture preserving time was carried out. [Result] The results showed that spraying inoculation was the proper inoculation method. The seedling age of 6 to 8 leaves was the best inoculation period. The suitable inoculation concentration and the moisture preserving time was 5×10^(4)conidia/mL,48 h or 7×10^(4)conidia/mL,24 h. Spraying inoculation method was used to identify tomato resistant sources. The results indicated that three sources were resistant,five were intermediate resistant and the others were susceptible. [Conclusion] This study provided a theoretical basis for the further development of grey leaf spot on tomato resistance breeding.
