摘　　要：目的探讨八珍汤治疗胃癌的网络药理学作用机制。方法利用中药系统药理学数据库和分析平台(TCMSP)筛选八珍汤的生物活性成分,预测其靶点,构建药效分子-靶点网络及蛋白互作(PPI)网络,并进行京都基因与基因组百科全书(KEGG)通路、基因本体论(GO)富集分析。结果从TCMSP中获得八珍汤组方中药的活性成分150个,药效分子靶点基因238个,对应关系2035个;238个药效分子靶点基因中有230个与4968个疾病靶点间有相互作用,这种作用关系达22795个;PPI网络中排名靠前的均在癌症通路中被富集。结论该研究初步揭示了八珍汤在胃癌治疗中的有效成分、潜在靶点及可能的作用机制。Objective To investigate the mechanism of Bazhen Decoction in the treatment of gastric cancer based on network pharmacology.Methods The active ingredients and targets of Bazhen Decoction were screened and predicted through the Traditional Chinese Medicine System Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform(TCMSP).The pharmacodynamic molecule-target network and protein-protein interaction(PPI)network were constructed,and the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway analysis and Gene Ontology(GO)enrichment analysis were conducted.Results A total of 150 active ingredients in Bazhen Decoction,238 pharmacodynamic molecular target genes,and 2035 corresponding interaction relationships were obtained from the TCMSP.Among the 238 pharmacodynamic molecular target genes,230 target genes interacted with 4968 disease targets,including 22795 interaction relationships.The top proteins ranked in PPI network were enriched in cancer pathways.Conclusion This study preliminarily reveals the active ingredients,potential targets and potential mechanism of Bazhen Decoction in the treatment of gastric cancer.
