摘　　要：阐述了医院内部招标采购管理的现状,以公立医院招标采购活动防范风险与提质增效为目的,就如何开展医院内部招标采购工作、建立医院招标采购增值服务模式进行了实践与探索。It explains the status quo of the hospital internal bidding and procurement management.With the purpose of preventing risks and improving quality and efficiency of bidding and procurement activities in public hospitals,the practice and exploration of how to carry out the hospital internal bidding and procurement work and establish the value-added service mode are made.
