摘　　要：探索医院设施运维管理绩效评价方法,实现安全、成本和效率的多维评估。应用层次分析法(Analytic hierarchy process,AHP)评估医院设施运维管理所涉及的9项要素的权重,建立5级评价准则。以质子重离子加速器冷却水系统管理为例,对2013年至2020年的运维管理绩效进行回顾性评价,为医院设施管理提供参考。The objective of this paper is to explore performance assessment approach of hospital facilities operation and maintenance management,thereby realizing multi-dimensional assessment of safety,cost and efficiency.Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is applied to evaluate the weight of nine elements,which are involved in the hospital facilities operation and maintenance management.The five levels evaluation criteria is established.Taking the cooling water system of proton and heavy ion accelerator as an example,the key performance from 2013 to 2020 are retrospective evaluated.This approach provides a reference for hospital facilities management.
