摘　　要：大型五轴数控龙门铣床被广泛应用于机械加工领域,然而,在大多数情况下,人们只注重各种功能的使用,却忽视了科学合理的使用方法及日常维护,这无疑对设备正常运行构成了潜在威胁。简单论述了大型五轴数控龙门铣床的常见故障,包括主轴部分故障、进给伺服系统故障等。介绍了故障的诊断及排除方法,最后简述了铣床主轴部件、进给传动链、自动换刀装置的保养。Large five-axis computer numerical control(CNC)linear milling machines are widely used in the field of machining.However,in most cases,people only pay attention to the use of various functions,but ignore scientific and reasonable use methods and daily maintenance,which undoubtedly bring potential threats to normal operation of the equipment.The common faults of the large five-axis CNC linear milling machine are briefly discussed,including the faults of the main shaft and the faults of the feed servo system.The fault diagnosis and troubleshooting methods are introduced.Finally,the maintenance of the milling machine spindle components,feed transmission chain,and automatic tool changer are briefly described.
