摘 要:为了预测粉末烧结法制备的HA的晶粒尺寸,基于响应曲面法,对HA的烧结工艺参数进行了优化,建立了烧结工艺参数与HA晶粒尺寸之间的数学模型。对所构建的数学模型进行了方差分析、模型验证,并基于所建模型,研究了工艺参数对HA晶粒尺寸的影响规律。结果表明:基于响应曲面法建立了HA晶粒尺寸为响应值的二次回归模型,具有较好的拟合效果,可用于HA晶粒尺寸的预测及工艺参数的优化;HA晶粒取向呈随机分布,当烧结温度超过1150℃时,烧结时间大于2 h时,HA晶粒尺寸均超过1000 nm。In order to predict the grain size of HA prepared by powder sintering method,the sintering process parameters of HA were optimized based on response surface method,and the mathematical model between sintering process parameters and grain size of HA was established.Variance analysis and model verif ication were carried out for the mathematical model.Based on the established model,the influence of process parameters on HA grain size was studied.The results show that the quadratic regression model with HA grain size as response value is established based on response surface method,which has good f itting effect and can be used to predict HA grain size and optimize process parameters.The HA grain orientation is randomly distributed.When the sintering temperature exceeds 1150℃and the sintering time exceeds 2 h,the HA grain size exceeds 1000 nm.
