摘　　要：工艺用压缩机对于石油化工企业而言,属于生产环节的关键设备。在石油化工行业中,工艺用压缩机产生的能耗极大,大约占生产单位耗电总量的12%~32%左右。长期以来,工艺用压缩机在运行中的可靠性以及经济性都是全球范围内研究的热点问题。文章主要针对工艺用压缩机在节能技术方面进行分析探讨。Process compressors are key equipment in the production process for petrochemical companies.In the petrochemical industry,the energy consumption of process compressors is extremely large,accounting for about 12%to 32%of the total electricity consumption per unit of production.The reliability and economy of process compressors in operation have long been a hot issue of global research.This article mainly analyzes and discusses the energy-saving technology of process compressors for reference.
