摘　　要：在社会经济快速发展的背景下,中国的石油企业发展速度越来越快。为了保证石油企业稳定发展,需要加强海洋石油企业运行管理工作。其中,在油田企业管理过程中利用QHSE体系,可以对油田企业在管理过程中存在的各种问题进行深入分析,助力提高海洋石油企业内部管理水平。Under the background of rapid socio-economic development,China’s oil enterprises are developing faster and faster.In order to ensure the stable development of oil enterprises,it is necessary to strengthen the operation and management of offshore oil enterprises.Among them,using QHSE system in the management process of oilf ield enterprises can make in-depth analysis according to various problems existing in the management process of oilf ield enterprises,which is of positive signif icance for improving the internal management level of offshore oil enterprises.
