摘 要:为了研究吉林油田注采系统腐蚀结垢规律和防治技术,利用腐蚀实验平台,开展了注采系统不同工况条件下的水质、细菌、CO_(2)等对腐蚀规律的影响。研究表明,CO_(2)与SRB是注采系统腐蚀结垢的主控因素,通过针对性防腐药剂体系研究与防腐关键技术实施,保障了地面管线及井筒完整性,保障了注采集输系统的安全高效开发。In order to study the corrosion scaling law and prevention technology of injection production system in Jilin Oilf ield,the effects of water quality,bacteria and CO_(2)on the corrosion law under different working conditions of injection production system were carried out by using the corrosion experimental platform.The research shows that CO_(2)and SRB are the main controlling factors of corrosion and scaling in the injection production system.Through the research of targeted anti-corrosion agent system and the implementation of key anti-corrosion technologies,the integrity of surface pipeline and wellbore is guaranteed,and the safe and eff icient development of injection acquisition and transmission system is guaranteed.
