摘 要:分注、调剖已成为油田开发中解决层间矛盾、实施有效注水、提高采收率和水驱动用储量的主要手段。为了满足不动管柱分注、调剖一体化作业需求,开展了基于创新型QC小组活动,对分注调剖一体化配注器进行研制。通过QC小组活动,设计优选了技术方案,运用"5W1H"原则制定实施对策,并充分采用QC方法成功研制出了分注调剖一体化配注器,有效解决了现有技术作业周期长、施工成本高、生产效率低的问题,实现了更加安全、有效的分注调剖一体化作业。Layering water injection and profile control have become the main means to solve interlayer contradictions, implement effective water injection, enhance oil recovery and producing reserves of oilfield water flooding development. In order to finish the integrated operation of layering water injection and profile control by using fixed string, innovative QC activities were carried out. The integrated technical scheme of layering water injection and profile control is designed and optimized through QC activities, the scheme implementation countermeasures are formulated by using the 5 W1 H principle, and the integrated water injection distributor of layering water injection and profile control is successfully developed by using QC method, which effectively solves the problems of long operation cycle,high construction cost and low production efficiency in the existing technology, and realizes the safe and effective integrated operation of layering water injection and profile control.
