摘  要:一体化自交联乳液型压裂液APFR-6产品组分少,超快速溶,清洁环保,携砂能力强,减阻性能优异,热稳定性及剪切稳定性能好,易破胶返排,可重复配液,很好地兼顾了携砂和减阻两项功能,构成一体化压裂液体系。通过改变其质量分数,既能制成可携砂的滑溜水,也可以制成优良的携砂液替代冻胶,实现携砂液和滑溜水的一体化操作。现场应用表明,该压裂液体系残渣少、配伍性好,便于配制,性价比高。The integrated self-crosslinking emulsion fracturing fluid APFR-6 has the advantages of less components, ultra-quick dissolution, cleaning and environmental protection, strong sand carrying capacity, excellent resistance reducing performance, good thermal stability and shear stability, easy gel breaking flowback, and repeatable compounding. It has two functions of sand carrying and drag reduction, and constitutes an integrated fracturing fluid system. By changing the concentration, it can not only be used as sand carrying slick water, but also as an excellent sand carrying liquid to replace gel, so as to realize the integrated operation of sand carrying liquid and slick water, with low residue, good compatibility, easy preparation and high cost performance.
