摘 要:针对伊拉克H油田分层注水单井日注水量大、腐蚀结垢风险高、分层层数少等特点,提出了采用地面分层注水技术。以177.8 mm(7")生产套管内二段分层注水为例,对地面分层注水技术在H油田应用的可行性进行了分析。外层油管选择101.6 mm(4")加厚油管,油管允许下入深度3 792 m;内层油管选择60.3 mm(2 3/8")整体接头油管,油管允许下入深度3 836m。在分析注水管柱摩阻基础上,预测单层日注水量达到254~859 m^(3),单井日注水量达到509~1 654 m^(3)。研究结果表明,地面分层注水技术能够满足H油田分层注水开发的需求。In view of the characteristics of large daily water injection, high risk of corrosion and scaling and few layers of layering in H oilfield of Iraq, the surface layering water injection technology is proposed. Taking the two-segment layering water injection in 177.8 mm(7") production casing as an example, the feasibility of the application of surface layering water injection technology in H oilfield is analyzed. Outer tubing uses 101.6 mm(4") thickened tubing, and the allowable running depth of the tubing is 3 792 m;Inner tubing uses 60.3 mm(2 3/8")integral joint tubing, and the allowable running depth of the tubing is 3 836 m. Based on the analysis of the friction resistance of water injection string, it is predicted that the daily water injection of single layer will reach 254~859 m;and that of single well will reach 509~1 654 m;. The research result shows that the surface layering water injection technology can meet the needs of layering water injection development in H oilfield.
