摘  要:根据中子发生器加速极电源功率要求,通过AP(Area Product)法对加速极电源中的关键部件高频变压器进行设计.在推挽前级逆变电路中,增加去磁回路抑制变压器偏磁问题,采用分段分组绕制法减小分布电容.同时,测量和比较了不同频率下,变压器原、副边电压实验波形.结果表明:高频变压器的转换效率随频率升高而增大,当工作频率为20 kHz时,输出效率达到84%,满足了中子发生器加速极电源的要求.The low-power accelerating pole power supply required by the neutron generator can be hardly bought in the market.According to the requirement of low power,the high-frequency transformer,as the key component of the accelerating pole power supply,is designed through the AP(Area Product)method.In the push-pull front stage inverter circuit,the demagnetization circuit is adopted to suppress the magnetic bias problem of the transformer and the layer-by-layer winding method is used to reducing the distributed capacitance.The experimental waveforms of the primary and secondary voltages of the transformer under different frequencies are measured and compared.The testing results show that the conversion efficiency increases as the frequency increases.When the operating frequency is set to 20 kHz,the output efficiency reaches 84%,which meets the requirements of the neutron generator accelerating pole power supply.
