摘 要:通过固相反应法制备了干压磁取向M型永磁Sr0.8La0.2Fe11.8Co0.2O19铁氧体材料。利用XRD、SEM、激光粒度分析仪及永磁材料测试系统对样品的结构及磁性能进行了表征。结果表明:在压制成型过程中,通过外加磁场(约1.0 T)取向能明显改善样品的磁性能;随二次球磨时间t的增加,磁取向压制的样品剩磁Br、最大磁能积(BH)max和综合性能K先增后减,在t为4 h时,最佳值分别为321.1 mT、23.23 kJ·m^(-3)和3.524;随烧结温度Ts的升高,各磁取向压制样品(BH)max和K的值先增后减,在Ts为1200℃时具有最大值,分别为26 kJ·m^(-3)和3.74。M-type permanent ferrites Sr0.8La0.2Fe11.8Co0.2O19 with dry-pressed magnetic orientation were prepared by the solid-state reaction method.The structure and magnetic properties of samples were characterized by XRD,SEM,laser particle size analyzer,and permanent magnet measuring instrument.The results show that the sample’s magnetic properties can be improved obviously by applying the magnetic field orientation during the pressing process.With the increase of secondary milling time t,the remanence Br,maximum magnetic energy product(BH)max and comprehensive properties K of the samples first increase and then decrease.The optimum values are 321.1 mT,23.23 kJ·m^(-3) and 3.524 at t=4 h,respectively.In addition,with the increase of sintering temperature Ts,the values of(BH)max and K of the anisotropic samples increase first and then decrease,and have the maximum values of 26 kJ·m^(-3) and 3.74 at Ts=1200℃,respectively.
