摘  要:以巯基丙酸为稳定剂,采用微波辅助水热法合成水溶性的CdTe量子点,然后用低分子量可溶性壳聚糖包埋CdTe量子点,并对其性质展开研究。结果显示,制得的纳米复合粒子的平均粒径小于5 nm,且与单独CdTe量子点相比,壳聚糖包埋CdTe量子点具有更高的荧光量子产率,荧光强度随pH的变化也优于单独的CdTe量子点,同时壳聚糖包埋后对CdTe的光稳定性没有影响,且包埋后CdTe量子点的细胞毒性大大降低。壳聚糖包埋CdTe量子点更适用于细胞标记和生物成像,具有广阔的应用前景。With mercaptopropionic acid as a stabilizer,water-soluble CdTe quantum dots were synthesized by microwave-assisted hydrothermal method,and then the CdTe quantum dots were embedded with low molecular weight soluble chitosan,and their properties were studied.The results show that the average particle size of the prepared nanocomposite particles is less than 5 nm,and compared with single CdTe quantum dots,the chitosan-embedded CdTe quantum dots have higher fluorescence quantum yield,and the change of fluorescence intensity with pH is better than that of single CdTe quantum dots.At the same time,chitosan has no effect on the photostability of CdTe,and the cytotoxicity of CdTe quantum dots is greatly reduced after embedding.Chitosan embedded CdTe quantum dots are more suitable for cell labeling and biological imaging,and have broad application prospects.
